This Beta version is not fully bug free and the main motive in providing this update is to evaluate the Os before official release into the market. How to enroll in the Nougat Beta Program?

You should first setup you Google account in your device. If you already have one you won’t have to do it again. You can manage the Accounts inside the device settings. After you setup your Google Account, you will have to visit the Android Nougat Beta Program webpage with this Google Account. The page shows all the devices associated with your Google accounts with their images and details. You can simply enable the Update for your device by simply clicking on the Green ‘Enroll Device‘ button below the image of the device.




You will receive the update within few weeks after the enrollment. Usually it takes about two weeks. The Updates are available through the OTA. You can update your device as any other usual updates, by simply checking ‘device Updates‘ inside the device settings. If the Update is made available to your device, you will also get the notifications if the automatic update option is enabled in your device.
